Lori brings a diverse background and a passion for drama. Her steps have lead her from Wisconsin to California and back again. She received her BA in African-American Studies & Theatre and Drama from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lori then went on to achieve an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts.
Her career path is just as diverse. Along her travels she constantly gave back by being a drama instructor, a theater teacher and a Theatre Professor for Concordia University in Milwaukee, WI.
Her accolades include being a recipient of numerous awards and scholarships. Some these include the Lovelace Full Scholarship from the California Institute of the Arts, the Porter Butts Creative Award and, from the Multicultural Council, the Outstanding Multicultural Leadership Award. |
