Medical College Initiative

The Medical college of Wisconsin announced recently that the Holton Youth and Family Center (510 East Burleigh) (Above The Clouds is a partner and a benafactor of grant) was awarded  a $1.05 million grant to run programming over the next five years of the Medical College's Youth Violence Prevention Initiative.    http://www.mcw.edu/vpi/Resources/vpi_project/FundedVPIAwards.htm 

Above The Clouds along with:  Minority Christian Coaches Associations, Running Rebels and Wisconsin Community Services, have join together to revitalize the Harambee and Riverwest area.  This collaboration and award will allow us to offer programs for the  whole family in that area as well as bring life into the former YMCA building were Above The Clouds office  has relocated.  We are very excited about this collaboration and look forward to working with each agency.
